  • Very delicious meal here. I had lime sauce salmon burger and the sauce was amazingly refreshing. Had the monsier croque and it was very tasty! Reasonably priced drinks as well. Ice latte for $1.50. Highly recommended!!

  • What a delightful cafe! My only mistake was eating elsewhere in the city. The beef lok lak was unforgettable and not as good anywhere else. It was like chasing the dragon for me. Had to come back a second time and did not disappoint! This time the ginger chicken was the dish to beat. Delicious! Merci!

  • ⸻ Soga Café & Bistrot offers professional, attentive service and beautifully presented food. The team is friendly and welcoming, which really enhances the dining experience. The food is well-sourced and fresh, though I found the taste a bit on the bland side compared to what I had expected — though to be fair, this seems to be common across many places here. The ambiance is cozy and modern, making it a nice spot to relax. Worth a visit if you’re looking for quality ingredients and good service.

  • Duck breast has never been juicier! We went for dinner and I was surprised at the wide range of options, without being overwhelmed: curry, salad, pasta, a bit for every palate. I will definitely come back for the carbonara and the chocolate. Light and fluffy enough to sate an afternoon craving, simply one of the best cakes I've had in Phnom Penh. (As you can see, our friend group devoured it and didn't even take a picture)

  • Becoming like a second home now. Great food at good prices (both khmer and western), whole team so friendly ... even like a 2nd family here. And if missing some good foie gras, that's where I go! Consistently What else? You get to meet the 'artist in residence', my long-time friend Thierry, who does amazing sketches (he was the one who brought me there)
